These terms govern your use of medipill.co.uk and the in-branch and online services we provide across our four Oxford branches. Pharmacy services are also regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and (where NHS-funded) by NHS England — these terms sit alongside, and do not override, those statutory obligations. Last reviewed on 19 May 2026.
medipill.co.uk is operated by MediPill Pharmacy — a trading name of two registered UK companies: Ventral Ltd (Botley, Summertown and Deddington branches) and Headington Healthcare Ltd (Headington branch). Both registered in England & Wales. All four premises are GPhC-registered community pharmacies. Our Superintendent Pharmacist is Zain Rajabali (GPhC 2219769).

Through this website and our four Oxford branches we provide:
All clinical services are delivered by GPhC-registered pharmacists. Eligibility for NHS-funded services is determined under the relevant NHS service specification — our pharmacists will explain whether you qualify at the point of consultation.
To deliver safe clinical care, we ask that you:
Under the UK Human Medicines Regulations 2012, dispensed medicines cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold once they have left a pharmacy — even when the outer packaging is unopened. Returning medicines to stock for redispensing is strictly prohibited to safeguard supply-chain integrity, end-to-end traceability, and the safety of every patient we serve.
A pre-despatch refund will be issued only where one of the following criteria is met:
Where a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Bank settlement and card-issuer processing windows beyond this point are outside our control and may add a small additional delay.
If your medicine arrives with damaged, tampered, or otherwise compromised packaging, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photographic evidence — the outer carton, the inner blister or bottle, and any visible seal. Email the images to info@medipill.co.uk quoting your order reference. Where the defect is validated by our pharmacy team, we will arrange a like-for-like replacement or, where preferred, a full refund.
Booked clinical services — vaccinations, travel consultations, ear-wax microsuction, weight-management reviews, diagnostic tests — may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made inside the 24-hour window may forfeit the deposit at the responsible pharmacist’s discretion. The £40 Weight-Loss consultation fee remains redeemable against treatment if commenced within 90 days of the original consult.
Bookings. Appointments may be booked online through our partner Pabau, by telephone, or by walking in. The booking is provisional until you receive a confirmation; the branch reserves the right to decline or reschedule on clinical, capacity or stock grounds.
Payment. Private services are payable at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices shown on the website are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. We accept card payments in branch.
Cancellations & refunds. Please give as much notice as possible — at least 24 hours where you can. We do not currently charge a cancellation fee. Where a service has not been delivered, we will refund any payment in full. Where a service has been partially delivered (e.g. dose 1 of a two-dose course), we will discuss a fair pro-rata adjustment with you.
Weight-Loss programme: the £40 consultation fee is redeemable against the cost of treatment if you choose to proceed with the programme on the day of consultation.

Breach response. In the unlikely event of a personal-data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Information Commissioner’s Office within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and contact affected data subjects where the breach poses a high risk.
