My vaccination was administered by Nawal. She was very welcoming, explained the procedure clearly and reassured me that the discomfort I will feel would be minimal and temporary.

I was seen promptly by Nawal. She is very charming and courteous, the injection was totally painless. You couldn't ask for anything more.
